Policies

In order to provide one on one attention to each pet we see, it is crucial that you arrive on time for your appointment and pick up your pet on time so that the next dog can receive the same attention. Therefore, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, you will need to be rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late picking up your dog after the agreed upon pick up time, you will be charged a late pick up fee of $5 for every 15 minutes you are late or any portion thereof, payable at the time of pick up. Additionally, if you have 3 no call/no show appointments in one calendar year, you will be referred to another groomer.

If your first appointment is a no call/no show, you will be unable to be rescheduled and will be referred to another groomer.

All no call/no show appointments will be required to pay the full amount of the missed appointment. All appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a flat fee of $25. These are due immediately via Venmo or Zelle or they will be added to your total at your next appointment.

All dogs must be on flea and tick preventative year round, receive an annual Bordetella vaccine and have current and age appropriate vaccinations.
